Excell was contracted to solve an issue within an underground car park. As the before pictures above show, silicone was not a sufficient solution. A Kenecto expansion joint sealer and cover was installed. This was Excell's first encounter with this particular problem and their first time utilizing this method for sealing concrete expansion joints. Ultimately this project was proven to be a resounding success.
