As Projects Coordinator Marcin is responsible for the organization and daily management of multiple ongoing projects. He liaises with clients, applicators and company management to ensure project objectives and requirements are successfully achieved to the highest standard. He is a highly competent, hardworking individual, who displays a high degree of initiative on a daily basis. Marcin began his career in silicone application over 15 years ago. Prior to joining the team in 2018, Marcin co-founded his own silicone application company, ProSeal Ireland, where he frequently collaborated with Excell on a subcontractor basis. Due to his extensive experience and exceptional skill set, Marcin was promoted to Supervisor in 2020 and subsequently to Projects Coordinator in 2021.
